The therapy process will help you to resolve the natural conflicts that come with living in a diverse and sometimes confusing world. You will learn the life skills that will enable you to access, explore, and manifest a creative, content, and vital sense of yourself.
The way I work is as unique as you are. You may benefit from simply talking about what is most important to you, or we might work with how your body feels, with your dreams, or with spontaneous art or movement. We will work together to help you find the words that describe how you feel and in the way that helps you get the best results.
